Used bag

Had to return, my receipt was stapled to the bags and all the tags were removed with scratches all over! The bag was good price but I didn’t know it was going to come used

Got a used bag

Like a previous review I also got a used backpack! You can tell someone used it for a while and then returned it. I’m so disappointed with Macy’s, why would they send a used bag. Even though I liked it I’m returning.

I think I received the bag that FashionAve returned! I’m Devastated! All scratched and pale black leather. What’s going on Macy’s? :(

Not a fan. It came all scratched up, definitely was bought and returned by another customer. Returning once more.

Beautiful... Not As Pictured

I received my light pink Parker Backpack today. I love it. The exterior is as shown, however the interior is more of merlot color and the hardware is a dark bronze. I really dislike gold, so I think it's important for people to know what they're going to receive and it isn't brushed silver like the picture depicts. With regard to the merlot interior as opposed to a matching light pink... I think it's a better contrast of color and likely won't show dirt and wear as easily.
