Love size but…

Love the size but the crossbody strap doesn’t stay hooked to the purse. My husband is fixing it to stay and that’s good but when you pay this price for a purse, I expect it to be perfect

Coach Purse

So disappointed. Zipper sticks and will not close. Purchased online and I do not have a receipt to return. Purchased many things online from Macy's, this is the first problem I have had.

Disapppointing

The hardware that secures the straps to the purse OPENS UP all the time and the purse falls off. It was exasperating! I was sorely disappointed because I expected higher quality from this brand and price point. Also, it was smaller than I expected and strap could h have been 2in. longer. They dropped the ball with the design & quality of this one.

Cheap quality of strap fasteners

I have this purse in two colors and I really like the purse, but, the strap on both purses detach and my purse fall out on the ground. The fasteners are made of a cheaper quality and therefore take away the beauty of owning two of them. I thought it might just be a defect in the first one (I received as a gift) but, not the case.

The zipper is very touchy. If you zip to open, it gets caught and is very hard to get back on the track.
