Stay Away

The strap comes unattached all the time and the zipper is impossible to open and close. Worst Coach bag I have ever owned.

Be certain the strap holds in place.

While the size is perfect for my needs, the strap keeps detaching from the actual bag.

Poor Quality

The seams are coming apart. Had to take to shoe maker to fix but now other seams loosening. Zipper is poorly placed. Shoulder strap too short. Just not a quality Coach bag.
