Security buzzer attached

Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the bag. The security buzzer was attached and had to return to store. Macys service on the was grossly subpar. First was the person who packed the bag with the buzzer. Second was customer service at the store whose attitude was “Oh Well”. No sense of acknowledgement of the inconvenience to the customer. I didn’t want to go to store. That’s why I shop on line, still had to go to store to remove buzzer to keep the bag. I returned it while I was there.

The bag itself is beautiful but I'm not fond of the strap. It's too thin and the belt loop on the strap gets loose and slides down

Better than expected.

Gave it a go when I saw 40% off and wanted the white. It’s so nice. Leather is the perfect amount of soft, smooth and thick. The white color is like a bone or chalky white. The zipper pocket fits the largest iPhone and the front turn lock pocket is way bigger than the zipper pocket. Inside has enough room for my essentials. I like that it works as a cross body, clutch, or as an insert to a larger tote or work bag . Great for travel. This was a good buy. Read the description and dimensions compare to your other bags so you get an idea of the size . Compared to other bags in the category it is not small.
