My all time favorite

Words cannot express how much I love this bag, it’s one of the cutest pieces I have from Coach. There’s a lot of things being said about the Nappa leather being fragile but honestly I use this bag everyday and I’ve had no issues so far. Once you clean and condition you should be fine. It’s small but it still holds all that you need.

Unprofessional packaging

I was really disappointed with my recent purchase from Macy’s. The item, a handbag, arrived in such poor packaging that it felt like no care was taken. The bag was just tossed into a crumpled plastic bag , and the presentation was sloppy and unprofessional. For the price I paid, I expected better attention to detail and a more thoughtful delivery experience. Definitely not impressed!
