Bag came missing gold strap
This is a pretty bag but mine came without the gold strap. The gold chain gives the bag a more chic, statement look so without it…. I ended up returning it

Too small to be Practical
This bag is so small and narrow. I'm not sure if even a phone would fit well. It's just not practical, especially for the price. I returned mine.

Nice bag
I love the size and color of this bag but I'm very disappointed in the shipping, it was thrown in a box in a plastic bag no protection. Small scuff on the front of the bag I'm pretty sure it was a return as it was missing all of the wrapping that a new bag would normally have and somebody had left a receipt in the purse. I did not get this bag on sale and paid full price I'm thinking I should have just went to the actual Coach store to purchase I didn't even receive a dust bag although I love the bag I'm debating returning and going to the actual Coach store for a brand new bag.. Macy's needs to do better with packaging.
Nice looking purse but it is very small
I am a fan of Coach handbags and love the dark navy color but I gave it a four since it is on the small side. I wish it was a little wider so I could fit more in. After putting my phone in there is not much room for anything else except something small like a lipstick. However I did decide to keep it. Had it not been such a nice dark navy which is a color I did not previously have I would have probably returned it.
