Disappointed with Macys

I ordered this beautiful coach purse online and SADLY Macy’s sent me a used one. I called customer service and requested a replacement. The second bag sent was also used (scratches, wrinkling, and scuffs). Disappointing!

Received it yesterday and the purse has a lot of scratches. Love the purse but shame that the leather does not good quality.

Cutest Bag I own

I am absolutely in LOVE with this bag. I saw it in-store a month before I bought it and it was 50% OFF. I was so shocked, I believe it was a customer return. The leather is genuine (it states so under the latch) so it has a super great feel to it. Can fit a good amount of items, not a super big bag, but isn't shoulder bag small. Definitely worth it though.

Soft leather!!!

Soft to the touch leather. It is a pricey bag for me but the leather feel is telling me to keep it. Macy's, why did you ship this in a regular Macy's plastic bag? A bag of this price and leather quality should be shipped in a box to protect the bag. What a shame!!!!

Perfect Top Handle

Absolutely love this Coach top handle bag. The detachable crossbody is nice when you need to be hands free. The outer pocket is convenient for small things. Coach has really stepped up their game and I think this bag will be one that I keep for years and years. It is timeless and the quality is good.
