Failure to remove the security sensor

I ordered on line and it came on time! I promptly switched all my cards and cash to the new wallet! Only then did I notice that the security lock was still attached to the change purse! This clumsy black plastic gizmo. As soon as I can find a brick and mortar Macy’s I will drive to it with my receipt and my wallet in high hopes they can remove the sensor! What a waste of time!
