Coach ring set

Damaged item, Macy's won't replace or refund. It's a beautiful set. I will no longer shop Macy's.

Absolutely Horrible the ring with stones all the stones are falling out.

I like the ring in general, especially as a complete set. However, almost all of the stones fell out of one of the rings and I can no longer wear it as a complete set. I expected better quality.

Bad service.

Did not receive order, talked to company rep. She said she would resend to order. Didn’t receive the order the second time. Called the Rep. again and the said she would cancel the first order and reorder the the gift. I never did receive the order. I had a very sad granddaughter Christmas. Macys will never receive another order. Poor customer service.

Nice but rhinestones fall out

I love these rings however after wearing 1 time one rine stone fell out. Within the next two weeks two more fell out. I was out of the country when it happened the second and third fell out and now I’ve missed my return window. Disappointed. I would expect better quality from Coach
