LOVE IT!
I read a lot of reviews and they all mentioned the zipper situation. Mine arrived perfectly fine and a couple days later i came accross the zipper issue. I couldn't get it to zip shut. Then after some further inspection i realized that the inside small coin zipper has to be laying completely flat otherwise it'll jam with the other one. so problem solved and i love it! Perfect size for someone like me who hates the bulkiness of a big wallet
Nice Coach Wallet
I wasn't impressed with the pickup experience and customer service at the store. There was a small dirt mark of some kind on the product and when I pointed it out the woman helping me check out just brushed it off like she didn't care. She made me feel more of an inconvenience than anything. I decided it wasn't a huge deal and just went through with the in-store pickup. Aside from that, the product itself is just okay. The leather is smooth and seems to hold up pretty well. I bought this in March and it is now October and it is still in great condition. My main complaint is on the zipper inside for the center coin section. Whenever I go to open or close it there is an issue because this zipper is in the way. It is pretty embarrassing to go to open my wallet to pay for something, the inside zipper gets caught, and it won't even open for me, while everyone in line behind me stares at me struggling to get my wallet open. If I could do it again, I would opt for a different wallet. I love Coach products and the integrity of this wallet has been pretty good, but the zipper is a deal breaker. Too frustrating and embarrassing, especially for the price.
Terrible design
I bought this wallet to match my purse. There is a terrible flaw with this wallet! The coin zipper in the middle constantly lifts when you close the putter zipper. Then it gets stuck and you have to fight with the putter zipper just to open the wallet. For the amount of money I spent on this wallet I’m very disappointed. One of these days the outer zipper is going to break because of the coin zipper. I do not recommend this wallet.

The Wally has a lot of space in it and the outside looks really pretty. Nice maroon color with a great finish.
Not As Expected
I ordered marine color and it is not as pictured....its a bull light blue in person. The interior card slots look and feel cheap. I had such high expectations since it is Coach after all. I like my Fossil wallet better. Feeling bummed.....
