ITEM NEVER CAME!
I ordered this item after just moving and it didn’t show up even though it said delivered. I figured, no big deal, I just moved and the place I moved to is fairly new so maybe it just didn’t get delivered to the right place. I tried reporting to Macy’s and they told me they’d contact me within 48 hours. They then denied to resend it, refund it, or give me info where they delivered it. I’ve been through this process THREE times without a resolution with them. It was an expensive item I bought for a gift for someone and now I’ve already had to buy something else, but still out the money I spent on this. Very disappointed to say the least.

I like the color and shape of this bag. However it is extremely small. I’m a busy single mom who needs to carry everything and the kitchen sink. I will be saving this bag for when I don’t need to carry much

Not for everyday use
It’s a gorgeous bag but maybe not practical for everyday use because I feel like mine doesn’t stay on my shoulders. I find myself having to hold it down so that it stays on my shoulder without slipping. I’d recommend it for special occasions. Maybe mine needs to be worn out a bit more so that the leather strap gets softer, I don’t know. I still love her, though!

Love this purse!!!
I love this purse so much. I’ve always wanted a larger Ergo bag, but when I saw this style that was very similar to the Ergo, I had to have it even though it’s a very small purse. I’m still able to fit a wallet, keys, sunglasses, and tiny pouch of makeup products in it. I love that when it has items in it, it stays on my shoulder well and fits perfect under my arm. It never gets heavy since you can’t put much in it. It’s the perfect errand running purse with a pop of color. The leather as usual is amazing, and the color of the bag has not transferred onto any of my clothes. 10/10 recommend it’s so classy looking and just timeless with no logos. Love it so much. The more I use it, the zip opening to the purse widens so it’s easier to get items in and out. Coach always brings me back because of how well the leather wears and becomes malleable to your everyday use.
