Damaged item

I received a damaged item. After waiting more than three weeks to receive the wallet which I originally bought as a gift for my sister who lives overseas I found out that coating of two of the card slots are split. I didn’t thoroughly check the wallet before shipping it overseas. I have been having really hard time to reach out to Macy’s customer service in vain. Please if any of he cs see this try to reach out for me
