Poor customer service and no shipment

I’m giving one star not to the snail charm itself, but to Macy’s and their delivery service. Ten days have passed, and I still haven’t received the item or any shipping updates, even though the payment was taken immediately. They don’t respond to emails, and their customer support doesn’t work. This item is available on the official Coach website - order it from there instead.

Such a cute charm but one of the eyes fell out on the first day of wear, I had no issues getting an exchange and no issues with the new one after several wears.
