Never received

I had placed an order online and wanted these sunglasses shipped to my local Macy’s store. Somehow I selected the wrong location. My fault. When I went to pick them up from the location I thought I had them sent to, I got a notification that they had been picked up. How? The store staff needs to check the order number and ID and not just hand over the package to someone. The staff needs to do better. Waiting for a refund.
