Horrible Shipping Service

The carrier was VEHO — I have no idea who they are. The delivery arrived after business hours at my workplace, so of course no one was there to receive it, and the package was returned to Macy's after multiple delivery attempts (as a matter of fact, there is only one) When I contacted Macy's, I was told it's still within the 16-day delivery window and that I have to wait until the full 16 days pass. This is terrible service — I'm very disappointed with Macy's handling of the situation.
