Didn't receive the bag

I received an orange pebbled leather coach bag that was entirely different! Totally disappointed and then they said they couldn't send me the correct bag because it was no longer available on the website. Double disappointment. And MACYS didn't offer any type of compensation for the mishap. Basically said return the other bag back if you don’t want it. GLADLY! I want the bag I ordered!

Never received my coach purse

Bad bad ups never delivered my purse, but got charged for it, they said it was delivered to my house but nope never received it. Now I have to wait to see if I get a refund back.
