Horrible experience with Macys

My bag arrived in a single plastic bag with absolutely no other type of packing to protect it in transit. You would think a brand new bag would still have the packing, styrofoam on it and inside it but no. It has scratches on it as well as the buckle part. I tried contacting Macy’s customer service but they refused to send me a replacement or compensate me for my troubles. I went to my local macys to try to exchange it for the same bag and unfortunately they are sold out and every Macys near me is also out of stock. So now I’m stuck with a defective bag and Macys didn’t help me with a satisfactory resolution.

Poorly Packaged

I was very disappointed with my recent purchase of a Coach bag from Macy’s. The item arrived badly scratched due to poor packaging. There was no protective plastic around the bag or hardware, only thin paper wrapping. For a premium brand, I expected much better care in handling. Since an exchange was not available, Macy’s provided a $20 discount. I have been wanting this bag for a while, so I decided to keep it despite the damage. However, this experience has left me dissatisfied, and I will not be ordering from Macy’s again.

Beautiful bag

I’m glad I pulled the trigger on this bag & snagged it for Black Friday on sale!!! It came with minor scuffs due to the soft leather. My ONLY reason for the 4 stars. Other than that she is perfect!!
