Beautiful bag.. small but big enough to fit iPhone pro max and a few additional essentials. Very well made and the color is gorgeous! Definitely recommend!

Scratched and looks cheap

I chose to purchase this bag through Macy's rather than directly from Coach because I have a Macy's credit card and wanted to take advantage of the rewards points. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the condition of the bag when it arrived. It was not packaged in a Coach gift box, and the dust bag was simply folded and placed inside the purse. The bag itself had visible scratches and appeared as though it may have been previously handled or used. Additionally, the color is not a true black like my other Coach handbags, and there is a stamped leather marking on the bottom of the bag that I find unattractive and cheapens the overall appearance. The purse is also significantly larger than I expected and does not reflect the quality I typically associate with the Coach brand. As a result, I will be returning the bag. I am particularly disappointed with Macy's level of care in packaging and shipping what should have been a premium product.

Very nice.

Very nice train case for my perfume bottles. Exactly what I was looking for. I would love it if it were much bigger, but it will work for now. Very nicely made. Very well packaged. Great quality genuine leather and hardware. Comes with two different lengths of straps: shoulder and crossbody, in addition to the handle.
