I am extremely disappointed with my recent Coach purse purchase from Macy’s. From the moment I received the box, something seemed wrong—I could hear the chains rattling loosely inside, which immediately raised concerns. When I opened the package, it became clear that this was not a new item. The purse was simply placed in a thin plastic bag, with no proper protective wrapping. Anyone who has purchased a new Coach bag knows that they normally arrive carefully packaged, with plastic wrapping on the chains, internal paper stuffing, and full protective coverings. None of that was present. What made the situation even more frustrating was that it was obvious the purse was a store display model. The original price tag had been cut and then reattached with dirty paper tape. That alone made it very clear this was not a brand-new item—and yet it was sold and shipped to me as new. We returned the purse to a Macy’s store immediately. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and as a result, I will no longer be purchasing purses from Macy’s going forward.

Love the color. I bought the cream.

I love the quality of the bag, I just received it haven’t used it yet. It’s a little smaller than I expected but it’s great size for evening out dress up or casual styling. I also love the chain link for more dressy look. Love it.
