The bag was smaller than expected. The shoulder strap is too thin. Back to the store it went.

Perfect small bag.

I love this bag. It is a cross body, so is wonderful when you are carrying other things. Easy access, very nice leather.

I love this purse

I'm so glad I purchased this purse, it's the right size and has the right amount of pockets too...very nice leather...I could have done w/out the red stitching around the outside, but thank goodness you can barely see it.

Nice leather!

I love the leather and the pop of color on the inside (the oxblood exterior was beautiful too!), but the bag was a little too big for a a crossbody (in my opinion) and the leather mars easily. Also, I ordered it online and received a purse that didn't have the coach tags on it (which are shown in the picture).

Disappointed

I have Coach bags in this size and style from MANY years ago that I love. I thought I would pick it up in a new color. However, the quality is not the same. The leather looks cheap and it also looks like it would scratch easily The strap is flimsy and I don't think it will hold up. Unfortunately, this one is going back.

Picture misleading

Product shipped was not the same as picture online. The stitching is beige online. What I received was a used bag with red stitching and red interior. The online description says nothing about interior color or piping on the bag. The one I received looked like it had been used and sent back. Returned asap. Macys, please send new products not inferior merchandise. Also, match handbag picture and description with the actual product. Completely disappointed in Coach and Macys.

Used item- my review didn't get posted

So disappointed that they sent out a used torn bag. Way too many scratches and without a price tag. Why would they even send out such an item, they basically wasted their shipping cost, because obviously whoever receives the bag will return it. The material is ok.
