Lovely Bag!

I had been eyeing this bag for a while & I finally ordered it. I loved the versatility of the bag, mainly that it comes with 3 different straps. Unfortunately, it was delivered with only 2 straps. The long strap was missing. I called customer service and she sent me out a replacement immediately. This bag is EVERYTHING!!! Thank you Macys.
