Beautiful

These are gorgeous shoes. They ran a bit snug for me. Also, I have long feet so they weren't too flattering-- they would be beautiful on smaller feet.

Macy order way late again

I ordered these and they were due to be sent on the 8th , then I got an email they would be delayed to the 9th and when they still didn’t show up I called Macy’s and even though I spoke to a person who said they were delayed she could not give me an exact date but went to 25 day after I ordered them. Why does Macys advertise something I need right away and can’t manage it. This is not the first time either and as a very loyal customer I’m tired of it.

Comfortable

They came as described and are comfortable but just a little more narrow than I expected . But Coach shows are by far the most comfortable shoes I have bought. They are great when you have to be on your feet for a long duration and the big heel provides good support for your back to decrease back pain.
