Do not buy these shoes

The strap and snaps would kept falling off. I am a healthcare worker and I decided to splurge on these shoes because my feet hurt. There was very little arch support. So upset that I chose these.

Do not buy

Wore less than 6 times and strap broke. Poorly made, shearling inside is cheap and not comfortable. I called Coach but I had to pay for s&h to them plus pay for repair. Poor customer service. No longer a Coach customer

I love them but the strap already broke. I have only worn them for a little over a month.

Hazard shoe don’t purchase

Poor quality , cute shoe. Defect on strap it comes off behind on the heel and on top of the shoe causing you to trip and fall on the strap. Safety issue it’s happening on both shoes the gold circle falls off have to keep snap back on place. Macy won’t refund and coach stating bring in for repair evaluation. And pay for shipping. Such a inconvenience I will not purchase from this brand again.

Stylish shoe

I really like them! I do have to wear a little sock with them or they rub the top of my foot. Better than crocks for me anyway. I get lots of compliments !

Cute but no arch support & too big!

The shoe looks cute but the fit is big & uncomfortable! I really wanted to like these shoes but Coach missed the mark! Zero arch support. I'm a true size 8.5 - 9.0 size ( purchased size 9 ) and the shoes were about a 1/4 size too big. If your shoe size is a 10 then the size 9 might work for you! Had to return.

Disappointed

Very uncomfortable!! After wearing them for hour they hurt. Not enough fur, have to wear thick sock for some kind of comfort. Will not recommend to nobody. They look cute but hurts bad…. Sorry coach!!!
