Nice Loafer Buyers Beware

I was ecstatic to get these shoes a gift for my granddaughter. However, when she open the box and took the shoe packing out, she said these shoes are peeling! I looked at them which was obviously dry rot and peeling. I looked to start a return and it said no return final sale! Shame on you Coach and Macy's! This is how you do your customers now. Well, you just lost a customer. You had to know these shoes were old and had started dry rotting, that's why you made it a final sale and no return. At least you could had warn people. This is so deceptive.
