Very Disappointed in this shoe

I bought 3 pair of coach shoes 2 Soho. This shoe was faded and smeared. I was so excited for this shoe because I have a coach wallet purse that I thought would match perfectly. I will be returning and not ordering again based on other reviews. should have read the reviews before . I would not recommend this too anyone.

Disappointed

I was very disappointed with this purchase. The sneakers I received look different from the pictures online and appeared used and dirty. This is not what I expected from a new item, especially from Macy’s. I will be returning them.

what happened!!!

I have many pairs of coach shoes including 3 soho sneaker styles. I had these on a wishlist for several months. So, when they showed up on Macys I was super excited. I ordered these shoes 3 different times from Macy's. The first time they sent the wrong shoe. return. The second time the shoe had white laces and the entire shoe had black marks all over the shoe. return. Third time I got it on a better discount so I decided to just buy back laces separately. The shoe still seems ... messed up the suede is all discolored. but not nearly as bad as the second pair. Otherwise the shoe is comfortable. Somewhat disappointing they would distribute these items in this condition~

Used and dirty

Just received my shoes and they are dirty and used ! The soles are dirty and shoes strings came white instead of black the shoes are used and everything is dirty .
