Never Received & Customer Service Stinks!

I Never Received this item and I am waiting (after numerous phone calls) for the return of my money! Each time I call it is more frustrating than the last... Why cant I just get my money returned?!? why Is Customer Service so Difficult to deal with -- Seriously, it is my money!
