Boots cowgirl

These Boots when I open the box and saw the quality of them my heart dropped to my knees I was not believing that Macys would carry something of this quality, very poor quality I put them right back in the box and started a return for them to be delivered back to Macys ..

Not the same color as picture

The boot has a light, speckled colored rubber heel and sole. Not dark or stacked heel like the pictures imply. Fit was TTS but don’t like the cheap looking heel so returning.

Gaucho Western Boots

I have plantar fasciitis and flat feet so I was very skeptical about this purchase but so happy that I took a chance. I get customized inserts for my shoes normally but will not have to concern myself with that for these comfortable boots. Every step is padded. The arch support is excellent. I love the chocolate color. I wear a size 10 in women and ordered my normal size. The boots have room on the sides and the toe for winter socks without making my feet feel restricted. I am 101% satisfied with my purchase.

Coconuts Boot by Matisse

These brown boots do not have a zipper. Because of that I could not get my foot inside. Some boots I have I can get my foot into even though there is no zipper but I was able to try them on in the store. Furthermore, I could tell my bigger calf would also not fit even if I was able to get my foot inside. I have learnt a lesson, boots must be tried on before buying. This would be an ideal fit for a skinny leg with a low arch.
