Other occasion to buy:Ornament was poorly packaged for being a glass ornament it was broken when it areived

My ornament arrived broken

My ornament arrived broken , it was not packaged well for being a glass ornament one round of bubble wrap cannot be enough in a huge box left to dangle around. I opened and it was broken and even cut my hand
