Hate the hood

Pro: Warm and cozy. Con: zipper is awful. The hood is not removable, and the fur looks cheap.

I love it , got a navy blue one very good coats. This is a great buy. I wish they had it in brandy or Carmel color

Like the jacket but it was to small had to return it.

True fit

The best thing I liked is the fit. I took a medium and can still wear with a sweater underneath without being bulky.

Stylish Warm Coat

I love this coat it keeps you warm like blanket my only complaint is the zippers by the neck it's irritating and cold they should have added fabric in that area. Overall great buy.

Zippers and feathers

I had this coat for a month now, the zippers are cheap and gets stuck. I can barely zip it, especially the pocket zippers. Not as warm as I expected. Feathers come out the coat randomly and it's not "Water resistant" like the description said in December when I first ordered it. Wore this in the rain and my sleeves were soaked through. I expected better than this. Not worth the price but it's okay.

Not worth the money

I purchase Cole Hann coat in November 2019. Barely bagan using it in the end of December. The zipper has a problem zipping up easily. Took me a few minutes to zip the first times. I managed to get the hang of it and deal with the malfunctioning zipper. Then all the feathers start to come out leaving your clothes full of white fuzz. Last, the pocket seam has already tore. I don’t even put anything in the pockets because I wanted to avoid this happening. So in summary I’ve used this coat for 4 weeks and it is ruined. Needless to say, I am extremely unsatisfied with this item. And very disappointed that Macy’s has begun to lower the quality of their products. For the record, this is the first time I take the time to express a negative comment. I believe it is necessary for others to be aware what they will be spending their hard earned money on.
