Poor Quality

I bought this jacket in May at the end of season sales and just started to wear it this season. The zipper broke in the first week of wearing it. Also the inside feathers keep coming out. Very poor quality, so disappointed!

Sizing was way off.

It's a beautiful jacket and I'm a petite woman and usually wear PM but they only offered a regular medium which I ordered. Unfortunately I cannot close it and have to return. So sad because I bought it for a steal and there are no large sizes in black.

Cole Haan Chevron Coat

Not as pictured. I know the hood is not removable but in one of the pictures the hood does not have the fur attached to it, I would be have been happy just removing that ugly fur but that was not the case. I ordered the merlot color, I would have liked it darker than it is. Ordered a size medium which was true to size, in my case.

Not warm

This coat is not warm enough on days that is 30 degrees and colder. It also sheds on my clothes. I would never buy this item again.

Very happy with this coat!

I really love this coat. The down keeps me warm even at 30 degrees. It has a hood that fits nicely - neither baggy nor tight. The burgundy color I chose is very pretty.

Satisfied for now

Bought this coat in Black xtra large I usually buy my coats big, I don’t like feeling constricted The fit was perfect and makes you look as slim as you can in a down coat I gave 4 stars because I can not deny nor confirm the strength or life of the coat as it is a new purchase Good look though, does not look cheap, it is well made

Great coat!

The coat feels good on. It’s not bulky but still keeps me warm in 29 degree weather. The fit is great. I works recommend this coat.
