High Arch

I have a high arch so this show did not fit well. Plus shoe was sort of old ladyish...

Gorgeous shoe but poor fit

I ordered a half size up, and they were still too small and toot narrow. However, if Cole Haan fits you well, you will love this shoe. It is simple, well made, and has lots of support.

Nice Dress Shoe

Not really up to Cole Haan standard...I was disappointed, but kept them anyway. I bought these online, otherwise I would not have bought them.

Worst expirence ever :(

I ordered this one online as a gift for my wife as she liked it, but I got frustrated when I opened the package to find that the shows looked it's been used before and somebody returned it. So unprofessional and frustrating as well.

Quality lacking

Felt that these lacked quality. Thin sides wrinkle while you walk and not flexible. Not a good match for the price you pay.

Beautiful

These pumps are the perfect combination of high heel and comfort. They are simply beautiful and the larger heel gives plenty of support. Regarding the fit - I seem to be between sizes in Cole Haan. This is my 4th pair of CH dress shoes. If I buy size 7.5 after 6 months it stretches out then I can't keep the shoe on my heel. If I buy the 7, they are uncomfortable at first and it takes a while for them to stretch out. Would love any suggestion because otherwise, I'm a fan.

Perfect work heel!

These heels have become my go-to office heel. They're low enough to be comfortable all day, but still stylish and sharp. I sprayed the shoe with a water protector so the suede stays clean all season long.
