Not a Call Hann quality
I read the reviews that it was not shiny but matte, but I though, ok that is not a big deal if the boot is the quality of a Call Hann shoe that is very soft and comfortable . Not at all, not only the matte is not nice at all, the boot is very heavy, hard, and not comfortable at all. An Industrial boot is more comfortable that this.

Matte look not shinny Leather
Picture shows shinny boot and these look dull. This is not what I expected. I will be returning them asap.

DO NOT BUY!!! Description of boot is completely false. Put it this way, if you specifically need a RAIN BOOT, by all means, this is your boot.
Thought they were black and shiny leather
I thought it was a nice shiny leather. When it arrived it was a dull matte surface and I realized then that they were waterproof. I ended up returning them and it took about 2 weeks to get it credited to my account. I really needed a larger size but decided to hold off. I really like the pair of UGG boots but I can't find them in this style anymore.

The boot is true to size and comfortable, exactly what I was looking for.

First surprised they are a matte look, very different from picture...but I like them they are different from the other boots I have...Fit good had to use thick socks...

Narrow Heel Pinched!
I loved these boots. I saw them in store, but I had to order my size. I saw they were more matte and a different look of leather, so I was prepared. The only reason I didn't keep them was the back part of the heel pinched. It was like the back part of the heel where it narrows to the ankle was too narrow. It felt like it would rub the back of my heel. I was super disappointed bc I wanted something utilitarian and chic.

waterproof and wonderful! keep looking for a brown. fits like a glove.
