Sales floor display

I received the shoes, but it looks like someone sent me the sales floor display pair. One of the shoes is already worn and wrinkled all over, probably from people trying it on in the store. I have the same pair in black, and they’re very comfortable, but I’ll be returning these because one shoe is already messed up. I know they have brand-new pairs available since the same color and size are still listed for purchase, but someone decided to send me the display pair from a local store instead

Not the same shoes as pictured in the description

Received the shoes shipped from a Macy’s location somewhere in the United States. They already had creases from someone trying them on and wearing then for 8 hours it seems.They also came with scratches from someone’s claws. The biggest issue was the fact that they are not even close to looking like the shoes pictured in the photo. These shoes are lighter in color and very dull compared to the description photo. They look like cheap imitation leather. I returned the shoes to Macy’s the very next day.
