Poor shipping

Product came damaged. Box cracked open, paper ripped. Unable to give as a gift in this shape! Came packaged in a bag- hence the damage!

Won't reach the correct address by Christmas

Don't expect this to reach the correct destination!! I ordered and website sent it to my address vs where it was supposed to be shipped!!! Someone from the Philippines said they would correct it (Marlon) however that was bogus!! I have all the presents for my son and family at my house and must ship it to them myself!! Phooey on Macy website!!
