Ordered online. Received an opened box sealed with scotch tape. When we opened the item, it smelled of mens oud cologne with fabric fibers.
Warm ears, warm feelings.
I am overly sensitive to wind and cold on my ears. Typical ear muffs are bulky and those wrap around head band types do not stay in place for me. This item works great and is comfortable to wear.

Poor shipping
Product came damaged. Box cracked open, paper ripped. Unable to give as a gift in this shape! Came packaged in a bag- hence the damage!

Won't reach the correct address by Christmas
Don't expect this to reach the correct destination!! I ordered and website sent it to my address vs where it was supposed to be shipped!!! Someone from the Philippines said they would correct it (Marlon) however that was bogus!! I have all the presents for my son and family at my house and must ship it to them myself!! Phooey on Macy website!!

Good quality, but on the small side
I bought this because I generally hate wearing hats. They look weird on me, and I like my hair too much to ruin it for the day wearing a hat. I live in a climate where cold weather hats are rarely necessary, so this was a good fit for me. The design of these ear muffs is great for my purposes, however, they are on the small side. I have a slightly larger-than-average head and ears, so they just barely work for me. Overall, I do recommend this item unless you have a large head.
