Received worn/returned shoes in beat-up shoe box

Ordered shoes and received a pair that was obviously returned. Shoe box had none of the usual packing materials and the box was all beat up- taped closed. This was for a pair of Cole Haan shoes, considered to be a “better brand.” Very disappointed with this experience.

I ordered the shoes FOUR WEEKS AGO and they still haven’t shipped. I’ve tried to get customer service to cancel (they said “they can’t). I do not recommend buying from Macys.com.
