Bad product

Sole broken , bad quality, picture attached for details. It is not fair that kind of defective.

Bad batch

They sent me a pair that was stored in the basement. If you are going to dispatch a pair that has been handled by numerous individuals, I believe I am entitled to a discount of at least 70%, rather than 40%. I feel I have been misled, and I should have been cautious when the delivery was expedited hastily.
