Wrong size

Shoes arrived timely. However, they sent 2 differnt size shoes. The one that fit was comfortable. I tried to take them to the local Macys store to return and reorder the right shoes but they would only accept the return and told me to go online to reoder. The sales person was just being lazy as I've done that many times
