Unshipped and Lost Order

According to Macy’s records, the warehouse never shipped the item, and I was later informed that the order was considered “lost.” While I was issued a refund, I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. This item was purchased with the expectation that it would be delivered as promised. The failure to ship the order and the lack of proactive communication caused unnecessary inconvenience. A refund alone does not fully resolve the frustration, especially since the item is no longer available and I wasted valuable time waiting for an order that was never sent. As a long-time customer, I expect better inventory control, order tracking, and customer care from Macy’s. I would appreciate an explanation of how this occurred and what steps are being taken to prevent this from happening again.

Time will tell

I purchased a pair of these shoes because I wanted something casual but not athletic in appearance. This works well with a pair of chino pants. To break them in, I bought them right before going on a 5 day Disneyland trip. Long walks, long waits in lines, long time standing on my feet. I am happy to report that my feet do not hurt at all and that they are holding up. Time will tell how long they are durable for but for now they are doing outstanding. I recommend trying them on at Macys before buying because they do NOT run true to size. I’m normally a 12 and I had to buy 11.5. Other than that they are great.
