Too big

Not true to size. I am a 9.5 in all my sneakers. These feel more like a size ten. Minus 2 points for the time to correct the size issue or return if there are no sizes.

Comfortable and fits standard true to size. I ordered 9.5 and it was perfect. Causal style and look.

This model of Cole Haan fit very large.

Cole Haan shoes are all different sizes. I have tried over the years to make them work and give second and third chances but a size 9 in a particular model is not consistent across other Cole Haan models. This shoe was at least 1/2 to 1 full size larger.
