never delivered

I made an online purchase for a pair of shoes, and the order was cancelled without any explanation. I spent over two hours speaking with multiple Macy’s agents who simply repeated the same online process, and the order was cancelled three times. To make things easier, I even changed the delivery method and requested store pickup. I was told I had to wait two weeks—but the shoes were never delivered. I called customer service again, and now I'm being told I have to wait 20 days to get my money back. On top of that, I lost the coupons I used for a product I never received. The Macy’s app is unreliable, and your customer service procedures are extremely disappointing
