Great shoe for the price.

Got shoes on sale other wise would be very expensive. Very nice looking bought for my grandson who really likes them. He said they are true to size and are very comfortable.

Shoe fell apart after a week

The sole started to detach from the left heel after only about a week of use. The noise was loud enough to spark conversation with coworkers and I stoped wearing them altogether. Cole Haan customer service is awful. I've been trying to get a replacement for a month now. The options they gave me involve me spending much more money on an item that failed. There is no doubt the shoe is comfortable but hang onto the box.
