By the time it gets here it will be out of fashion

This isn't merchandise since Cole Hahn brand is trusted unlike Macy's brand. Purchased coat, on line & received, a "track my order" app. Yesterday, 1/17/26, received thru this app message stating my "package out for delivery" & would be delivered 1/17....nothing. Today, 1/18/26, again following up, received message "package is out for delivery". It's nearly 5pm and again nothing! Communicated w/live rep after getting rid of worthless chatbot and told my story. Answer I received was it would be there by 1/22/26. Unfortunately, I leave for a trip to cold weather which was why I made this purchase. Somehow chat was disconnected, so got back in touch. This time rep told me I would receive by 1/28/26. Unbelievable! She offered me all the platitudes learned in the "customer service" world & 25% discount on next purchase...followed that up w/ reminder that it expires in 30 days. I told them keep coat, I'll pay my balance & I'll drop off my shredded Macy's card. Never again!

Good Value

Nice looking overcoat for the money. The material feels soft and it has a light lining. The sleeves are vey long. I bought it to wear over a suit and it is comfortable and roomy, but I will probably need to have the sleeve length tailored. I am 6ft, 250lbs. Good value for the price.

Do not order from Macys Cole Haan. I ordered 4 coats weeks ago and they have only sent 1. Never again.

BAD FIT

The fit ws bad, It Sid classic fit but it cut in like a slim or modern fit. I recently bought a waxed coat from the Cole Hahn Brand in an xxl and it fits perfectly. This Xxl was way too snug at the wist ND EVEN TOO TIGHT T THE SHOLDERS AND CHEST.
