Sloppy shipping process

I received the jacket with the anti-theft tag still on it. The jacket is fine. Now I have to take it back and have it removed. Not the type of customer service I expected. Makes me think twice about buying fronm Macy's.

Very nice jacket

Great jacket I was surprised at the quality and the style, you can’t go wrong with this jacket It’s not very heavy I was looking for something that I could wear when it’s in the 40s and didn’t want to have a heavy coat.
