Not happy!

I purchased this purse for a trip which all worked well on my flight going but while visiting family the zipper on the main part of purse stuck! I contacted Cole Haan with pictures etc bc any return was to go back to their company rather than Macy's! After much back and forth with the company I was told they would issue a card for the amount of my purchase. Sadly, this didn't cover replacing the handbag due to it no longer being on sale at Macy's and definitely didn't cover replacing it through Cole Haan. I like the versatility of this handbag. I definitely would be sure you had replacement options before purchasing any Cole Haan handbags! I wouldn't recommend purchasing it due to their negative customer service practices!
