I’M VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

These shoes look so cool and trendy, so I bought the black ones only to find that they were extremely uncomfortable. I tried them on for the first time and noticed that they were too snug. I learned the hard way to never trust a snug shoe…I also noticed that my heels were compressed as if they were in a pliers grip, and the width across the front was also tight! Additionally, the zipper is not the same quality as what I am used to from Cole Haan. It is not smooth and gets stuck a lot!! The lining is 100% polyester and the cushioning is not comfortable enough. They are beautiful shoes, however, the HIGH PRICE DOES NOT MATCH THE UNUSUAL POOR QUALITY!!! I will not be able to keep them!!!! This is the first pair I have returned for Cole Haan!!! I would not recommend these shoes at all!!!!
