Worst Fit Ever

I have been wearing Cole Haun heels, boots, etc for years. I have never worn such an uncomfortable shoe in any brand. This is definitely not the Cole Haun quality I’m familiar with and absolutely unacceptable to make such an ill fitted painful shoe. Unfortunately, I wore them to the office and thought they needed to be broken in. I was terribly mistaken. They destroyed my feet. They are neither too big nor too small. Where is the quality control?

Very nice.

I ordered an 8 1/2" a little on the tight side however I believe the size 9 would be too big. Color very rich and heel a tiny little on the high side but very supportive. Feel solid walking on them.
