how to rate receiving the wrong shoe?

Fast shipping, completely different shoe, same brand, now I have to go to the store to return, risking the probability they are going to think I switch the shoe sad🧐

Sneaker with style

Excellent refined sneaker for walking miles. I like the color which is cream and find they run true to size

Nice shoes but..

I am a 6.5W but can get away with 6.5M. The shoe is true to size however if you are a half size with wide foot, I recommend sizing up. The style and quality are great as expected with CH products. the cushion is nice and bouncy, not too much arch support. The shoe initially 'breathed" as I walked in it, but it went away. The only flaw in this design is the shoe tongue is long and it rubs against the skin when walking. I hope it will go away with wear.

Great sneaker alternative

Love the look, but the material doesn’t breathe. Great cool weather shoe. However, I would not where them in hot temps/warm weather.
