Problems with order

I am unable to write a review of a product that I have not received or worn. Please try again. I ordered a size 7 in the Premium Running, color ivory. I received a size 6.5, color tan, which was a floor sample that was clearly worn and not packaged properly. The only positive aspect of my order was the delivery time and the sticker that described what should have been packed. It is unacceptable that someone at Macy’s placed a card on the top of the box that reads, “We hope you love your order as much as we loved packing it.” Macy’s, please do better and hold accountable the person(s) responsible for dismissing the description of my order.
