Item never arrived. Terrible customer support.

Item never arrived and customer support is useless. They still haven’t refunded me, saying it’ll take 16 days after the item is past their delivery date for them to investigate what happened with their shipping partner and then begin the refund process. If I wanted a replacement I had to wait the 16 days as well. This is a ridiculous and unacceptable support experience. I still haven’t received the item nor my refund….

I often get blisters on my heels in summer, so it’s great to have a mule to mix up my shoe styles and give my heels a break.
