So comfortable and chic!

I Love my booties! I wear them at work and I’m so comfortable with them, morning to evening! I 100% recommend this product!

Too Short in the Length

They are beautiful boots but are too short, lengthwise. Can't stretch them in that direction; only the width. A little tight in the width. Have to return them, unfortunately.

Not as described!!!

I love Cole Han shoes, the quality has always been exceptional. These boots are not at all as described on the Macy’s website. The sole are rubber NOT leather as described. THESE BOOTS ARE GOING BACK!!! Macy’s, update your website to ensure you are providing your customer the product they expect.

Best purchase ever!!

Those booties are very elegant, stylish and excellent quality. Heel height is perfect, true to size and the leather with the touch of suede is stunning!. I wore them the first time to go on a 3-hour shopping trip and could not believe how comfortable they were. I could have go on all day... absolutely the greatest.

Macys sent me a used pair of shoes!

I received these shoes and when I took them out of the box I realized that they had already been worn. The heel was slightly used. The shoes were packaged without the usual stuffing in the shoe. I was very disappointed by this especially due to the cost of the shoes. I will be returning these shoes. It is a shame because they are nice looking and comfortable. What a waste of my time.

Cute boot but returned them

I have a wide foot and these hurt. Otherwise they look good, have perfect heel height and I am sad they didn’t work for me.
